In the beautiful and historic town of Daylesford, the building that stands at 117 Vincent Street has been a most loved local venue managed by some fine hospitality folk.
Since July 2018 Tom, Lauren and their two small boys have found themselves lucky enough to now call Pancho their home. Named after Laurens’ Dad Frans, this cafe is our fourth business venture together. Starting and running Mixed Business Cafe, Fowlers Flowers and Chianti restaurant in Clifton Hill for a total of ten years has given us the experience and passion for true customer service.
All that we offer is carefully considered- our menu, coffee, decor and most importantly our service. Tom and Tiana manage to create magic in the shoe box sized kitchen, preparing their own yoghurt, fermented pickles and relishes while baking all of our cakes in-house too.
We are fully licensed and have four sections of our cafe to offer including a mezzanine and dog friendly courtyard.
Breakfast and lunch are on offer six days a week, we glad accept bookings for these times for groups above six.
We also offer house made cakes and floral arrangements for your occasion.
Baby change facilities available. The front part of the building is wheelchair accessible though please note our bathroom is upstairs.
If you have a special occasion or event coming up, please get in touch!
It would be our pleasure to be a part of your party.
